Masters in Organizational Psychology

Organizational psychology interests people who have an inclination towards business and a passion for psychology. Trained professional organizational psychologists apply psychological principles at the workplace to improve productivity and improve the quality of the working environment. Organizational psychologists usually work in corporate arenas and they perform functions that include screening applicants, conduct and design training programs, counseling and help the top management in organizational development and analysis. The Bureau of Labor Statistics notes that a Masters in organizational psychology  in the appropriate stream is an essential pre-requisite before practicing as an organizational psychologist. Individuals having a background in business management or individuals holding doctoral degrees have an edge over others in this profession.
