Make It Easier For Customers To Find Your Listing In The Directory By Having A Toll Free Number
When my brother set up his local business, I think that he had a problem with people that were calling his business looking for someone else, simply due to the fact that his local number used to be someones residential number, which left him dealing with a lot of unwanted calls. That is why I suggested to him that he should set up an 800 number for his company, that way when people looked in the directories for his company, it would stand out. And, not to mention that calling toll free number really is a lot easier than having to have your customers worry about making a long distance call if they are not as local as usual.
