Getting Into Strength Training Without Weights

My friends at work were all talking about it. They had started sort of a group of them who get together a couple of times a week at the local YMCA to work on their Strength Training Without Weights. Mary explained to me how the group works and what they do at the gym. I was very interested in getting involved and she told me to show up on Tuesday. There was nothing to bring. Just a positive attitude and a willingness to get into shape. She was going to go over all the different workouts we would be doing so I was not surprised by anything.
