What is all the fuss about barefoot running?
Must we workout without shoes or jog with athletic shoes? We were apparently made to run without footwear, but that was before concrete was created and the surfaces that people train on got tougher. There are two schools of thought on if barefoot running is an excellent or a bad thing. You will find runners who think it is an all natural thing to do and is healthful as well as prevents shock and also makes the foot more robust. Additionally, there are people who assume we need expensive athletic shoes to shield us from the hard surfaces. There is really no proof in either case regarding that is the better method to workout.
