Treadmill In Ottawa

My legs have been pumping me along jogging for 1 year.Getting good at running is simply a matter of sticking to it.I think my first race will be a 5K or 10k.Running long distances can get boring sometimes.Mix up your running routine by getting a treadmill.You have to be really tough to jog outside in Ottawa in the winter – I need a treadmill in Ottawa.If you haven’t guessed by now I run on a a treadmill when the weather isn’t good.another way to stop cardio boredom is to cross train.It helps to get totally psyched about working out.I sure hope that I pursue fitness into old age.I hope never to lose my gratitude for the excellent health I’ve been given.Running makes strong legs.
