Push Up
Doing push ups are the best thing you can do for your over all core and upper body. doing bodyweight exercise is a great way to get into the shape that you perform at maximum levels. If you can deal with yourown bodyweight them you are strong enough to deal with any daily activity. You can pretty much do any thing asked of you if you can do a bunch of pushups and pull ups. You Dont have to deny it. Just get it done. It aint just your fault. If you want a flat abs diet then look at a mag.
