Everyone seems to jump on the latest fad diet

Everybody and his brother seems to be able to invent a fad diet these days that works. There are so many different types of diets that have their own zany and unique twists. All you have to do, if you want to create your own fad diet, is to pick a specific type of food and proclaim that you will only eat that food for breakfast and lunch while eating a sensible dinner, or worse yet, you will only eat that type of food all day long every day for two weeks. (Two weeks seems to be the maximum that most fad diets advertise as the longest you can follow them safely without suffering any adverse health effects.)
