The joint revocable living trust
My brother and his wife met with a financial advisor because they have recently made a fortune with their new business. They have a couple of kids and want to make sure that their finances are taken care if should they pass away. The financial advisor gave them lots of suggestions, and one of them was a joint revocable living trust. They didn’t know much about it, but after some explanation by the advisor, learned that it is a great way to protect their estate from taxes. I don’t know much about all of that because I don’t have a lot of money, but it really sounded like the wise thing to do.
