Small Firm Legal Secretary
If you are a legal secretary who works in a small firm, you will probably get many small perks to working there. For one, attorneys in a small firm have a tendency to give out bonuses on the holidays. Second, you will get to know your attorney better and be able to anticipate his needs. A smaller law firm should be able to allow for a more casual atmosphere at times so professional dress may be optional at times. Working for a small firm puts you in charge of the office which is a great feeling.
