Organizational Cultural Diversity Is Still on the Rise
For many reasons, there has been a steady increase in cultural diversity within companies, corporations and other organizations. Let’s discuss some of the main reasons that we have seen such organizational cultural diversity, and why it continues to rise. One of the biggest, and most obvious, reasons is that there is more diversity within countries such as the United States and the UK. This, of course, naturally leads to more organizational cultural diversity. Also, groups are placing more emphasis on supporting cultural diversity and encouraging it, when in years past, it was often discouraged. This has emboldened a wider variety of people from cultural backgrounds to take part in society like never before.
