You need to check whether or not you can claim any kind of compensation on the basis of an extended warranty if you move out of a particular state. This depends entirely on the dealer and the terms that he has mentioned in the contract that he has made with you, the customer. If it has been specifically mentioned that the extended warranty cannot be claimed outside a particular state, no court of law will entertain a claim for the same. There are no dealers and agents today, who would give you a deal, at loss their businesses.
