What every business needs to know and embrace!
I helped a friend out over the weekend that has just started a job with an information technology company. She is in charge of a team based environment and needs to get a project management system in place. She was not sure how to go about it so I provided some starting guidelines to assist her. I have extensive experience in this regard and can pass on the knowledge from first hand experience. She is in a much better position now so I will be monitoring her progress.
