Treated With Respect
Before I had my baby, I was working a full time position in a dental office, as a front office secretary. It was a great job, because the dentists knew how to treat all of us employees with such respect. They went the extra mile with their efforts to empower and motivate all of us. One thing that they did every single year was give out Employee Christmas Gifts. It was so nice to know that they truly appreciated all of the work that we had been doing for them throughout the year. We were much more excited about starting the new year after something like that.
