Prepare For Future Growth
My father told me when I was considering starting up my own company that I would have two worries constantly about my business. One worry is that I would fail and the other worry is that I would succeed. While I have not yet started the company I know that I have to prepare for both outcomes. If I start out thinking my company will be small and then future growth happens, how will I be able to handle it? I have not started planning for the failure part but my Business Process that I have in place is ready for a wonderful business.
