Types Of Charitable Trusts
Charitable trusts are established for the sole purpose of charity. Today, there are four different types of charitable trusts recognized by the law of charity. The four types comprise of relief of poverty, the advancement of education, advancement of religion and other purposes beneficial to the community. All these types of deferred charitable annuity have their own set of rules in their respective legislations. These trusts are exempted from the rules against perpetuities. This way these charitable trusts can continue indefinitely.
