An Army Criminal Record Discussed
Quite a number of people in the United States Army have some sort of army criminal record waiver that allows them to serve despite their prior records, provided that their crimes are not all that serious (i.e. – involving drug trafficking, sexual assault, and homicide). The number of people who have been allowed waivers has increased significantly in recent years due to the problems the military has been facing in terms of recruitment. The fact that around 12% of all people in the armed forces of the United States have sort of criminal record and are representing America’s interests overseas is quite a source of consternation for many people.
