A complicated subject
I never realized that it could be so complicated. I knew that forming a company was the best thing that I could do, since I’ve been in business as the sole trader for over six years, and during most of the time many of my business associates he told me that I should put incorporation firmly at the top of my to do list. Eventually I got around to it, and learned a lot about how an LLC operates. However one thing that was difficult for me to understand was the taxation of LLC profits, and eventually I had to hire a tax consultant in order to explain the complicated legislation that deals with company profits and the taxation of them. The tax consultant charged me a good sum, but I am glad I paid for his advice because now I really understand what I’m doing.
