Advice on investing on tax defaulted property
I am interested in investing in real estate and thinking about purchasing a tax defaulted property at a government tax sale. What is the best advise anyone could give in research of states rules and guidlines on tax sales. What is the difference between a tax deed sale and a tax lien sale. Once I have an idea about the types of government tax sales, I am planning to be on my way to making a smart high -return investment.
