Staying Productive with Laptops
There was a time when the sounds of powerful desktop computer fans filled average office building, and while some companies that deal with high end programming or design still rely on those larger, easy-to-upgrade models, most office have turned to the smaller, more convenient laptops. Now productivity doesn’t have to be limited to the time in the office, and employees can take their work computer with them on the road, or when they need to work from home.
Being mobile and staying productive has always been a challenge, and it could also be fairly expensive. But as technology has continued to improve and prices have come down, more and more employees can stay connected at work and have all the materials and programs and applications they need, when they need them.
