Sirt1 has been getting a lot of attention lately. Mostly because it is present in the anti aging drug called resveratrol. Resveratrol made headlines in the media a few months ago when popular day time doctor oz claimed the benefits of this supplement on the oprah show. Many people listened when he spoke about this and most of these people wanted to know much more. Because we don’t know that much about the stuff, there are still a lot of unanswered questions about the stuff and I think we need to know all that we can about it’s true potential if we are going to start consuming it.
