The Vulva

The vagina (Gk sheath) is a distensible musculo-fibrous tube about 8 cm in length whose upper and embraces the uterine cervix while the lower and opens by means of ostium vaginae into the pudendal cleft. The vagina has a slight backward convexity. Its longitudinal axis forms with the uterine axis an angle of slightly more than 90 degrees open to the front. In passing from the pelvic cavity to the pudendal cleft the vagina pierces the urogenital diaphragm. icd 10 training will teach all these in the detail for the medical coding and also for the complete medical billing training.
