My Child Has ADHD, but I Don’t Want to Put Him on Meds
My eight year old son was just diagnosed by his new pediatrician to have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I am devastated that my child may have to start taking mood altering prescription drugs. I am not sure what I will do. I have heard a little bit about adhd alternative treatments, but I would like to know more. If there are any people who have used these type of alternative methods to treat their child diagnosed with adhd, I would like to hear about your experiences with the course of treatment. To me, anything would be better than placing my child on prescription meds.
