For the past four years I have practically lived at the mortgage company offices where I am a loan officer. Despite the fact the economy has taken a turn for the worse, the mortgage business is still fairly lucrative. I guess it’s this upbeat tempo I have to keep because of the fact it’s the only job I’ve ever had. A couple days ago I was closing a jumbo loan for a guy who bought a house down in Huntington Beach. In his loan application he listed some income that he made through some automatic Forex trading. While we are signing papers I asked him to explain what this meant exactly. What he told me blew me away.
