Safety is Important
Safety is important when it comes to taking care of elderly patients. The nursing home I work for trusts that items that display the CE Mark are safe for the patients. They care about the people they take care of so they only buy items that meet the European legislation health and safety standards. I respect the elderly and so I agree with the way the nursing home buys products. It also keeps the employees safe. The nurses and staff appreciate the safety of the items that are used in the nursing home. The injury rate has gone down since the home started buying products displaying the CE Mark.
