Who carries out the wishes of my will?
You write a will hopefully before you pass on. Some do not and this is called dying intestate, which is without a will. You do not want this to happen if you care for your loved ones. You might say, if you live in Houston, select a Texas probate attorney to carry out your wishes. They would be your executrix, or executor depending on whether man or woman. They can follow your instructions seeing no one is cheated out of what you left for them. Families have a tendency to turn vicious sometimes when wills are read. Putting one sibling against the other sometimes does not bode well. Don’t let this happen to yours.
